Precision Engineering provides various added-value solutions including kitting and welded assembly manufacture.

Kitting

Precision Engineering’s kitting facility has been fully operational since March 2001. Separate from our machining facility, it offers a unique high-performance service to our customers.

We supply thousands of kits each year in various kit box types that ensure the total protection of all components and guarantee full component traceability. We offer machined components kits, often mixed with standard parts (fasteners and seals), and consumable product kits (tooling and adhesive products).

Our dedicated kitting team ensures 100 percent product availability with full component traceability.

Other Added Value Solutions

Precision Engineering also offers a reliable sub-contract welding and outsourcing service to support large assembly and sub-assembly component requirements. We have supplied a variety of frame welding assemblies that include many different component types. We can also source standard components to give the customer a complete outsourcing solution.

Finally, Precision Engineering offers ‘Direct to Line’ delivery and consignment stock systems to add even more value to the supply chain.
